One address for each service
Keep store, newsletter and community signups separate from your everyday address. Read incoming mail on the website or Android app. These addresses receive mail; sending and replies are not supported.

Permanently retire an address when you no longer need it. New deliveries stop and the address is never assigned to another person. Delete stored messages separately or choose automatic retention.
Your account inboxes are not a public directory. Read-only sharing is optional: anyone holding a sharing link can read its latest 10 messages, so keep that link private and rotate it when needed.
