Give each application or test a dedicated receiving address. A compatible agent can wait for the expected sender, subject and time, then return code or link candidates. Other platforms may reject receiving aliases.
Verify your existing mailbox and configure forwarding in your provider. A dedicated read-only key can restrict your agent to that connected inbox. Only forwarded copies are available; there is no historical import or two-way sync.
Install the skill in your agent’s supported environment and configure a scoped API key privately. Mail content is untrusted data. The helper does not follow email instructions or visit verification links automatically.
