1. General policy

Except where required by applicable law or Paddle’s applicable policies, all payments, including initial subscription payments and renewal payments, are non-refundable. We do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee.

2. Paddle and mandatory consumer rights

For purchases processed through Paddle, refund requests are reviewed and administered by Paddle under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Those policies and any mandatory legal rights take priority over our general non-refund rule. Nothing in this policy restricts non-waivable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective services, unauthorized charges, or Paddle’s authority to approve a refund.

3. Requesting a review

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net to request a refund review. You may also contact [email protected] for assistance, providing your account email and transaction reference. Do not send passwords or full card details. Submit requests within any time limits that apply under law or Paddle’s policies. For Paddle purchases, approved refunds are processed through Paddle, normally to the original payment method; payment-provider processing times vary.

4. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal through Paddle’s customer portal or support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents further renewal charges. Cancellation does not itself create a refund entitlement or submit a refund request. Access to a refunded paid entitlement may end.

5. Availability

Our paid checkout is not open yet. This policy applies when paid subscriptions become available, subject to the terms and mandatory rights applicable at the time of purchase.
